Our Base Hub starts from £50/month per centre, covering access to the core digital hub and
key workplace tools. Additional interactive experiences, such as digital directories, news feeds,
local discovery, or room displays, can be added flexibly from £30/month each.
We aim to make pricing simple, predictable, and transparent—no hidden fees,
no complicated packages. You only pay for the features you need, and you can scale up as your
workspace grows.
Can I customise the experiences?
Yes — every SpaceSync experience can be fully tailored to your space, brand, and audience.
This includes colour palettes, imagery, layout elements, typography, terminology, and more.

Do you offer technical support?
Absolutely. We provide full onboarding support to get your digital hub up and running, including
content setup, display support, and configuration assistance.
After onboarding, our support team remains available to help with troubleshooting, updates, and
adding or adjusting new content and experiences. We aim to ensure the system never becomes something
you have to “worry about” — we look after it so you can focus on managing your workspace.
